Washington, D.C. — Authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in a recent homicide.

On Wednesday, around 12:23 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Southeast. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound who was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim was identified as Thomas Carlos Felder, 32, who was of no fixed address.

Surveillance cameras captured the suspect.
