Formula 1 race start time, full schedule, weather forecast and how to watch on TV for FREE

Formula 1 will visit Silverstone this weekend for the highly anticipated British Grand Prix.

The rivalry between Lando Norris and Max Verstappen has intensified, with their collision taking place in Austria last weekend, allowing George Russell to claim a rare victory for Mercedes.

Norris and Verstappen are best friends off the track, but their on-track battles are fast becoming a thread throughout the 2024 Formula 1 season.

This means the Red Bull driver is aiming for a fourth consecutive world title, with an 81-point lead over Charles Leclerc.

Since Leclerc’s victory in Monaco, Ferrari have rarely finished on the podium, due to McLaren’s resurgence and Mercedes’ improved results.

The home crowd will no doubt be backing Norris, Russell and Lewis Hamilton to unseat Verstappen on Sunday afternoon.

When is the British Grand Prix?

The British Grand Prix will take place on Sunday 7 July 2024. The race is scheduled to start at 15:00 UK time.
